BypassBroker is a zero-brokerage property marketplace built for India — a place where owners and tenants, sellers and buyers, find each other directly. No agent, no commission, no month of rent handed over just for an introduction.
Built lean, on purpose
We are a small, focused prop-tech team, not a real-estate agency with a floor of relationship managers. There is no branch to visit and no field staff to schedule a viewing through — every part of the experience runs through the app, end to end. That is a deliberate choice: the less overhead we carry, the less reason there is to ever charge brokerage.
Automation and AI doing the legwork
Search, filters and alerts do the work a broker used to do from memory — surfacing the right listing in your budget and locality the moment it goes live. Our support is tech-first too: most questions are answered by the Help Centre before they ever need a person, and the ones that do are handled over email, not a call centre or a walk-in desk.
Owners come first
Every listing is posted by the person who actually owns the property, verified against their mobile number before it goes live. Posting a first property is always free. What you see is what the owner told us — nobody rewrites the description to make a viewing worth a commission.
No brokerage. Ever.
Not from the owner, not from the tenant or buyer, and not at any stage of a deal. That has been true of every listing on BypassBroker since the first one, and it is the entire reason the app exists.
We connect owners, tenants, buyers and sellers. We are not a real-estate agency, and we take no part in whatever you agree with someone else on the app. BypassBroker is not responsible for losses from fraud, misrepresentation or a deal gone wrong between users. Never send money (a token, a deposit or any advance) to anyone before you have visited the property in person and verified their ownership documents. If someone asks you to pay before that, it is very likely a scam; report it to us immediately.
