Never pay before you visit
Never send a token, deposit or any advance to anyone before you have visited the property in person and seen their ownership documents and photo ID.

Questions people ask
Do you really charge no brokerage?
Yes. We charge no brokerage and take no commission or cut of any deal, from the owner, the tenant or buyer, or anyone else, at any stage.
Is posting a property free?
Your first listing is always free, with no listing fee. Every account can keep 1 live listing of any type for free. The slot frees up again when you unpublish it or mark it sold or rented. Pro plan is there if you manage several properties.
How do I contact an owner?
Open the listing and tap Call Owner or Chat. Every account gets 5 free owner contacts on any property. After that, an optional plan keeps you going, and every owner you've already unlocked stays free.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Searching, filtering and viewing full listing details work without logging in. You only need an account to save properties, set alerts, contact an owner or post a property.
How do you check that a lister is a genuine owner?
Every lister verifies their mobile number by OTP, and new listings are checked for duplicates, broker posts and missing details before they go live. Brokers and agents are not allowed on the platform, and accounts found posting for clients are removed.
Will my number be shared with brokers or telemarketers?
No. We never sell or share your data as leads. An owner's number is shown only to someone who taps Contact Owner on that listing, and every reveal is logged.
Do you have agents I can meet in person?
No. There's no branch and no relationship manager. Everything runs through the app, and support is by email. Keeping overhead low is what lets us never charge brokerage.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address. See how account deletion works.
